பா.ஜ மாநாட்டில் தேவேந்திரகுல வேளாளர் என்ற பொதுப்பெயரில் அழைக்க தீர்மானங்களுக்கு பொதுக்குழு ஒப்புதல்

தேசிய பயங்கரவாத தடுப்பு மையமானது கூட்டாட்சித் தத்துவத்துக்கு எதிரானது என மதுரை பாஜக தாமரைச் சங்கமம் 5-வது மாநில மாநாட்டில் தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது.  மதுரையில் வியாழக்கிழமை தொடங்கிய பாஜக மாநில மாநாட்டில் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்கள் விவரம்:  

*இலங்கைப் பிரச்னையில் தமிழக அரசியல் கட்சிகள் சேர்ந்து குரல் கொடுப்பது அவசியம். ஆனால், இலங்கை சென்ற குழுவில் அதிமுக, திமுக இடம் பெறாதது துரதிருஷ்டவசமாகும்.  

 *இலங்கைத் தமிழர் வாழ்வு குறித்து கவலைப்படாத மத்திய காங்கிரஸ் திமுக கூட்டணி அரசை மாநாடு கண்டிக்கிறது. இனிமேலாவது இலங்கைத் தமிழர் மறுவாழ்வுக்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வலியுறுத்துகிறது. 

*மதக்கலவரத் தடுப்பு மசோதா எனும் பெயரில் மாநில அரசின் சட்டம், ஒழுங்கு பாதுகாக்கும் உரிமையைப் பாதிக்கும் வகையில் மத்திய அரசு செயல்படுகிறது. காவல் துறைக்கு அதிகாரம் வழங்குதல், உணவுப் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம் ஆகியவை மாநில அரசுகளின் அதிகாரத்தை தட்டிப்பறிக்கும் வகையில் உள்ளன. 

*மத்திய அரசின் இத்தகைய போக்கிற்கு மாநில சுயாட்சி பற்றிப் பேசிவரும் திமுக போன்ற கட்சிகள் ஆதரவு அளிப்பது சரியல்ல. ஆகவே கூட்டாட்சித் தத்துவத்துக்கு எதிரான நடவடிக்கையில் மத்திய அரசு ஈடுபடுவது கண்டிக்கத்தக்கது. 

*சேதுசமுத்திரத் திட்டத்தில் பெரும்பாலான மக்களின் விருப்பத்தை நிறைவேற்றும் வகையில் ராமர் பாலத்தை தேசியச் சின்னமாக, பாரம்பரியச் சின்னமாக மத்திய அரசு அறிவிக்க வேண்டும்.  

*மழை நீரை விவசாயத்துக்கு பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் தேசிய நதிகள் இணைப்புத் திட்டத்தை மத்திய அரசு செயல்படுத்த வேண்டும். தமிழக அரசு மின்சாரப் பற்றாக்குறைய முற்றிலும் நீக்கி மூடியுள்ள தொழிற்சாலைகள் இயங்க போர்க்கால நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். 

*இந்து ஆலயங்களில் வசூலிக்காத குத்தகை பாக்கியை வசூலிக்கவும், ஆலயச் சொத்துகளின் வாடகை, வருவாய் ஆகியவற்றை அதிகரிக்கவும் தமிழக அரசு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். பசுவதை தடைச் சட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த வேண்டும். 

*தென்தமிழகத்தில் தொழில் வளர்ச்சியடைய குளச்சல் துறைமுகம் உருவாக்கம், மதுரை விமான நிலையத்தில் சர்வதேச விமானம் வந்து செல்ல புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தங்களை செயல்படுத்த வேண்டும். *விருதுநகர்-அருப்புக்கோட்டை உள்ளிட்ட நகர்களின் அகல ரயில் பாதை திட்டத்தை உடனடியாக செயல்படுத்திட வேண்டும். 

*குடும்பன் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு பெயர்களில் அழைக்கப்படும் தேவேந்திரகுல வேளாளர் பிரிவினரை ஒருங்கிணைத்து தேவேந்திரகுல வேளாளர் என்ற பொதுப்பெயரில் அழைக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். 

*தமிழகத்தில் இளைஞர்களுக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பு அளிக்க சிறப்புப் பயிற்சித் திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்த அரசு சிறப்பு நிதி ஒதுக்க வேண்டும். வறுமையில் வாடும் மாணவ, மாணவியருக்கு சாதி பாகுபாடின்றி மத்திய அரசின் கல்வி உதவித் தொகையை ஏழை இந்துக் குழந்தைகளுக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும்.  தமிழகத்தில் பூரண மதுவிலக்கை அரசு அமல்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்பன உள்பட பல்வேறு தீர்மானங்கள் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டன.

Aiming to project itself as an alternative to the two Dravidian parties in Tamil Nadu, BJP state unit on Friday said it had started preparations for the next Parliamentary polls, scheduled in 2014.

Talking to reporters on the concluding day of BJP's two-day state conference "Tamarai Sangamam" here, party state president Pon Radhakrishnan alleged that both DMK and AIADMK were "involved" in corruption and have been "punished" during every elections by the voters.

"Preparations are on for the next elections and setting up of relevant committes, initiating the membership drive and others could be taken up soon and we aim to reach every village of the state", Radhakrishnan said.

He declined to reply to queries on the possible alliances of the party ahead of the polls saying it would be discussed at an appropriate time.

Radhakrishnan said BJP was a party which performed beyoned the differences of caste, creed and religion.

To a query, he said the party will not contest the Pudukottai assembly bypoll. On the Sri Lankan issue, he said BJP supported devolution of power to Tamils. Radhakrishnan charged the Centre with attempting to takeover the state's right in maintaining the law and order under the pretext of "Communal Disturbance Prevention Bill".

He said it was not proper for DMK, a proponent of state autonomy, to support such a bill. He also wanted to declare Sethu Samudhram as a traditional and national symbol and a heritage site. Rdhakrishnan said the rivers in the country should be linked to prevent wastage of rain waters. The government should take steps on a war footing to overcome the power shortage and reopen the closed mills.

He said slaughtering of cows should be banned in the state. 

The sub castes of Devendra Kula Velalar community, including Kudumban, should be integrated and they should be named as Devendrakula Velalar.

Special skill training programmes should be conducted to enable youths in tamilnadu get employment. The government scholarship should be given for all poor students and educational assistance should be extended to all poor Hindu students also, he said.
