57th Death Anniversary of Immanuel Sekaran

The city police have come out with guidelines for those planning to take part in the 57 death anniversary of Immanuel Sekaran at Paramakudi in Ramanathapuram district from here.

Those planning to attend the event could use their own vehicle after getting due permission from the office of the Assistant Commissioner – Traffic North. They could also go by bus or train.

The permission certificate should be stuck on the front windshield of the vehicle. The applicant need not be the owner of the vehicle.

While applying for permission, the applicant should submit photocopies of the registration certificate and driving licence, besides a declaration from the vehicle owner. The volunteers should go and return back only on permitted routes, a press release said.
