Highlights of his interview:
1. He said is very proud to be as Devandran.
2. He is also very proud to be the first leader to organise
pallars, kudumbar, kaladi, etc. as Devendra Kulanthan.
3. He said he has great respect for Dr. Ramdoss (PMK).
4. He proudly accepted as Guru in politics for Mr. Thiruma
(VCK).
5. He also said he is proud to be brother for Mr. Thiruma
(VCK).
6. He is very much against communinal riots.
7. He is very much agaist fake encounter. And he also said
shooting / encounter is not a solution.
8. He also said we are not in Arab country we are in a
democratic country.
9. He is also against allotting housing boards with respect
to caste. He insisted there should சமத்துவம்
in police and also allotment in housing board.
10. He said since he was in jail for more than 8 years he
could not make his party popular in north Tamil Nadu. But in future he will
make popular.
11. He said nothing about Dr. Krishnaswamy (PT). Interviewer
also asked no question about PT or Dr.
Krishnaswamy.
12. In Dharmapuri issue he said that the girl's father is
murdered and it is not suicide.
13. Since he visited the Dharmapuri area after the riots, he
told first the murderer of the girl's father should be found, then all the
issuses will be solved automatically.
14. In Dharmapuri issue he did not accuse anyone, neither
PMK nor VCK.
15. He said, he was involved in communal issues / fights
before 20 to 25 years to make our people respect in the community or society.
Also he said it was required those days. But now he said is against any
communal riots or fights. And said communal riots or fights is not required in these days.
16. In kudankulam issue, he told he fought for the issue in
the beginning stage even when government were accruing land for the nuclear
plant. But at that time people of
kudankulam areas were against annan, because there were interested in job in
the plant and they will get nice price for their land. But now you know the
rest.
17. Now he told he want a safe nuclear plant.
My views:
1. I'm proud to be a Devendran.
2. I'm proud to have such a leader like Annan John Pandian
in our community.
3. Only because of him now our people have self respect in
society. People from Tirunelveli region will know better.
4. He is very much matured in political views.
5. And he has a broad vision, even outside our community. To
become great leader he should focus very broad manner. He is doing the same
way.
6. I expected him to say something about PT or Dr. Krishnaswamy.
7. I thing he should have said something about Dr.
Krishnaswamy even though question was not raised. Because it will help our
brothers not to fight among us.
One thing for long time i wanted to say, every leader has
their own way. Like our great leader Immanuel, John Pandian, Krishnaswamy,
Pasupathi Pandian, Annamalai, etc., each leader have their own way. But
remember all fight their own way but everyone goal is same. They all fight for
us. But using their name we are fighting among us. Since we are fighting among
us other community people misuse us, for example in election. So let us not
fight by using the name of the leaders, if we want to respect our leader let us
fight with them in their way for one goal.
Remember every leader is special and every leader are great.
